Purchase & Return Policy

In-Store items may be taken on approval for 48 hours after which the item will be charged if not returned; delivery charges, if incurred, are non-refundable. Returns on store items after 48 hours may be made only with approval and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

No returns, cancellations or exchanges on custom or special order items which include: Custom upholstery, headboards, pillows, window treatments, custom carpeting, case goods, lighting or pieces which are ordered specifically for you.

A 50% deposit is required for all ordered items.

The balance is due when item is shipped from the factory.

Quoted lead times and ETAs are subject to change by the manufacturer and are generally out of our control.
Fabric swatches and books are lent with bank card imprints which will be charged if the items are not returned
within 48 hrs.

Antiques are sold as is.

Our Return Policy applies to all store locations and all phone and web purchases.
